Students understand the importance of generating rapport in anycommunication and learn techniques for effectively conveyinginformation in writing, in one-on-one conversations and whencommunicating in groups. Beyond the methods ofcommunication, students appreciate the importance of imageand perception to any communication and how to convey aprofessional image in person or on paper.Communications skills learned and practised can be used withcustomers in sales situations, with corporate clients or for interofficecommunication within an organization.
